About these terms

These terms apply to every service you order from Nebulix. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

You can reach us through a ticket on our Discord server.

Your services

We provide Minecraft servers, Discord bot hosting and virtual private servers. Each plan page lists what is included and where the server is located.

Some of our infrastructure is provided by data centre partners. Their availability and network rules apply to your service too.

Setup is done by our team after your payment is confirmed. Login details are shown in your account dashboard.

Billing

Services are billed monthly in the currency you chose when ordering. Your service runs for the paid month and renews when the next payment is made.

If a payment is missed we may suspend the service, and after a grace period we may delete it together with its data.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for anything illegal or harmful. This includes DDoS attacks, port scanning of third parties, spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, and cryptocurrency mining.

We may suspend or cancel a service without refund if it breaks these rules or harms our network, our partners or other customers.

Your data and backups

You are responsible for the data on your service and for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

Availability and liability

We work to keep every service online but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and outages at our partners can happen.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the last month.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
