How quickly is my server ready?
Our team sets it up after your payment is confirmed. The login details appear in your dashboard as soon as it is ready.
Where are the servers?
In India (Delhi NCR, Noida and Mumbai), Singapore, Sydney, Europe and North America. Every plan shows its location, and some let you pick one when you order.
Do dedicated servers have a setup fee?
Some do. If a plan has one, it says so on the plan. It equals one month of the plan and you pay it once.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Open a ticket on our Discord and we will help you switch plans or cancel. See the refund policy for refunds.
